Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow individualized care plans to deliver safe, competent care

  • Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility

  • Light preperation of meals (reheating, putting together)

  • Encourage independence and engagement in daily routines

  • Monitor and report changes in physical or mental condition

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment (not housekeeping)

  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and care teams

  • Clock-in and out using the state-mandated software HHA eXchange app via your mobile device

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

  • Physical ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles and homes

  • Able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs; assist with client mobility up to 200 lbs

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Background checks clear

  • Fingerprint clearance card

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Basic knowledge of personal care, housekeeping, and meal prep

  • Free from communicable health conditions

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous experience in home health or caregiving

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office management skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Bilingual abilities and prior experience in office or medical reception are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and SharePoint for various administrative tasks such as calendar management, bookkeeping, and record keeping

  • Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and timely responses

  • Support personal assistant tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative workflows efficiently

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

  • Prior office experience in health administrative or clerical roles is preferred

  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills required

  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer service best practices essential

  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy

  • Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required) to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

  • Excellent typing speed along with proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documentation

  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Job includes a few outreach opportunities in the Katy/Fulshear area
